Why we built Trailflow
Trailflow started with a simple observation: many carrier teams still move loads across inboxes, spreadsheets, telematics portals, and accounting tools that never stay aligned.
Built with respect for the people who keep freight moving every day
We kept hearing the same pattern from carrier teams: dispatch lived in one tool, conversations lived in another, documents were buried in inboxes or folders, and billing had to reconstruct the truth later.
That fragmentation creates rework, missed context, slower closeout, and too much time spent chasing the latest update instead of running the operation.
Trailflow is our attempt to simplify that reality with one workflow that keeps load execution, communication, paperwork, and billing tied together.

How we build
We try to make complex carrier workflows easier to understand, not louder or more abstract.
We care about improvements that reduce re-entry, tighten handoffs, and make day-to-day work clearer.
The people running dispatch, documents, and billing deserve software that respects their reality.
We would rather be specific about what is live and what still needs rollout work than oversell.
We move in small steps and keep the focus on what makes the workflow better for the team using it.
We care about the details that make software feel calm, reliable, and worth trusting.
