Software Engineer

Trailflow is building the operating system for logistics. We connect shippers, carriers, and brokers with technology that makes moving goods simpler, faster, and more transparent.

Founded in 2026, we started with a simple observation: the logistics industry was running on spreadsheets and phone calls. Today we're a team of engineers, designers, and logistics experts working together to modernize freight.

What you'll do

  • •Build and ship features for our real-time dispatch, tracking, and settlement systems
  • •Work with React, TypeScript, and Convex to deliver fast, collaborative experiences
  • •Collaborate with product and design to iterate based on customer feedback
  • •Participate in code reviews and help shape our technical direction

What we're looking for

  • •3+ years of software engineering experience
  • •Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and React skills
  • •Experience with real-time systems or databases (Convex, Firebase, or similar)
  • •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
