What you'll do
- •Own the customer success lifecycle for a portfolio of logistics companies
- •Drive adoption, retention, and expansion through proactive engagement
- •Partner with sales and product to identify upsell and improvement opportunities
- •Serve as the voice of the customer to inform product and support
What we're looking for
- •3+ years of customer success or account management in B2B SaaS
- •Experience with logistics, operations, or supply chain
- •Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- •Comfortable with data and metrics to track success
